Operating structure

Fifth Decimal is operated as a sole proprietorship under Section 44ADA of the Income Tax Act (presumptive taxation for professionals). We are not a registered private limited company. Engagements are governed by a written letter of engagement sent prior to onboarding.

Scope of the free diagnostic

The free diagnostic includes:

• →One actionable insight, with estimated financial impact
• →A live Looker Studio dashboard showing your key operational metrics
• →15-day access to explore the dashboard yourself
• →No charge at any point during this period

After the 15-day window

At the end of the 15-day access period, there is no automatic charge and no obligation to continue. You retain your first finding report. The dashboard may be deactivated after 15 days unless a retainer is agreed. There is no auto-renewal and no credit card is held on file during the free diagnostic.

Monthly retainer terms

Clients who opt into continuous monitoring agree a flat monthly retainer discussed and confirmed after the free diagnostic. Terms include:

• →Monthly billing cycle, invoiced at the start of each month
• →No percentage-of-savings fee; flat fee only
• →Fee based on number of outlets, connected data sources, and team size at time of agreement

Liability disclaimer

Fifth Decimal provides operational analysis and recommendations based on data you supply. All findings are directional and based on the accuracy and completeness of data provided. We are not liable for decisions made based on our analysis, nor for losses arising from implementation of recommended fixes. Our liability in any engagement is limited to fees paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
